BACS, bank transfer or by Sterling cheque, drawn on a UK bank, to ELM PUBLICATIONS & TRAINING. Sorry, no cards accepted.

Payment of Bank transactions charges are the responsibility of the customer. Tell ELM if you have paid this way so that we can send the items/download link as soon as possible. As soon as payment is cleared we will despatch the publications, send you the download link. If Sterling is drawn on a non-U. K. bank, add an extra GBP12.00 bank charge for accepting this method. Bank transaction charges are your responsibility and must be added to your initial payment.

Payment of Elm Consulting invoices

We normally allow 14 days from completion of training/consulting work for payment of invoices. For Elm Publications terms are sterling payment with order or 30 days net for agreed account holders.

Please fill in an Official Purchase Order number from your UK educational or government establishment, company or bookshop and after verification we will despatch your books with an invoice. Post and packing of GBP6.50 will be added for orders under GBP60.00, over GBP60.00, free postage.
