Elm Consulting specialises in consultancy for organisations seeking to improve the performance of their staff, especially in personal and interpersonal skills. Typical interventions for companies have been in:-

Company Philosophy
We aim to develop people to be self-motivated learners and managers. Our consultants and trainers are committed to the view that people learn best when they are comfortable, secure and feel able to experiment and to contribute without threat.
For this reason we use methods high on participation from the learner and low on trainer dependence. We are careful to ensure that our materials are relevant and have validity to the organisation and to the circumstances of the particular group.
We have no open programmes with standard packages, but custom design all consultancy, interventions, training, follow up and advice.
