BACS, bank transfer or by Sterling cheque, drawn on a UK bank, to ELM PUBLICATIONS & TRAINING. Sorry, no cards accepted.
Payment of Bank transactions charges are the responsibility of the customer. Tell ELM if you have paid this way so that we can send the items as soon as possible. As soon as payment is cleared we will despatch the publications. If Sterling is drawn on a non-U. K. bank, add an extra GBP12.00 bank charge for accepting this method. Bank transaction charges are your responsibility and must be added to your initial payment.
UK Post and Packing
Free postage on all orders over GBP60.00 sent with payment, for delivery to UK address. Post and packing of GBP6.50 will be added to all UK invoice and trade orders under GBP60.00
History titles under GBP60.00 payment with order, add GBP2.00 post and packing charge for one item, GBP3.00 for two items, GBP6.50 for 3 or more items.
All other titles, or combinations of titles under GBP60.00 add GBP6.50, over GBP60.00 free post and packing.
For urgent next day delivery please ask for rates and availability.
Overseas Customers
Post and packing will be added at cost to all overseas orders, unless delivered to a UK shipper (add GBP6.50 if invoice total under GBP60.00). For all non UK customers send this order form to us and a Proforma Invoice will be returned to you for the correct remittance including postage in Pounds Sterling. On receipt of payment your books will be despatched.
Sorry, we do NOT accept any card payments.
Please note if you do send cash or cheque drawn on a non-UK bank, add an extra GBP12.00 bank charge for accepting this method to cover transaction charges.
Invoice Orders
Please fill in an Official Purchase Order number from your UK educational or government establishment, company or bookshop and after verification we will despatch your books with an invoice. Please pay within 30 days net. Post and packing of GBP6.50 will be added for orders under GBP60.00, over GBP60.00, free postage.
Approval/Inspection copies
Books supplied on 30 day approval/inspection for UK educational orders only, with official order number or advance payment which will be deducted only after 30 days unless book is returned in good re-saleable condition. Tutors manuals/packs supplied as samples only. Full pack is supplied only on official order number or advance payment and is non-returnable. If your college/school orders 10 copies of the same book DIRECT from Elm Publications. You may keep your inspection copy free, twenty copies and you may keep the tutors pack free as well. Booksellers Trade Discount
We normally allow trade discount of 25% on books, 15% on tutors packs. Bigger discounts may be offered for large quantities on firm order, please contact us. (Free book or tutors manual instead of discount, see above approval/inspection copies). No further discount on student materials. Sale or Return terms – please contact us.
